Customer Support Coordinator
The Customer Support Co-ordinator (CSC) is responsible for the day to day management of the administration relating to all customer issues. This role takes ownership of all ongoing customers’ issues. The role allocates resources including Customer Service Operatives and contractors to undertake work in customers’ homes.
CSC’s are responsible for the collation and management of information and data upwards for analysis and the escalation of customer issues, where appropriate.
Recruitment Business Partner
The primary role of the Recruitment Business Partner will drive key operational recruitment activities through Line Managers and oversee the attraction and recruitment across our 22 divisional and regional business units, for Sales, Customer Services, Land and Sales roles across all levels of the business. You will be working closely with the HR business partners to engage the business, define the requirements and manage the end to end recruitment campaigns, fostering key relationships and driving the diversity and quality of the external talent pipeine.
This role will also ensure the digital optimization of all of our recruitment attraction stretgies and oversee and manage the design of all social media recruitment interventions
This role requires the individual to have some high volume recruitment experience alongside business relationship and engagement skills.
Along side the delivery of the recruitment there will also be opportunities to have involvement in resourcing projects in line with the HR strategy and also works closely with the HR Operations team.
Assistant Buyer
The role of the Assistant Buyer is to negotiate and procure all materials, superstructure sub-contractors and plant to ensure that the business unit output programme is carried out professionally and within budget, ensuring adequate resources are on site to build the product in accordance with the planned programme.
This role will need to monitor and evaluate supplier performance and take any appropriate action. Benchmarking tenders to ensure that market value is being achieved whilst maintaining budgets on a monthly basis, alongside the QS.
Assistant Site Manager
Our site management teams are the essence of our business and are integral in making sure construction is completed within agreed timelines, cost parameters, safely and most importantly to our customers' satisfaction. Design & Planning Co-ordinator
At Taylor Wimpey North Midlands, we are looking for an experienced individual who will participate in the management and co-ordination of the external consultant team through all stages of project procurement (Land, Planning, Commercial, Production, Sales and Adoptions).
You will actively support the project teams in all matters of the site delivery ensuring that all disciplines are fully joined up, synchronizing all designs from bid to planning approval through tender and onto site.
The role requires an individual with a high knowledge of planning and the ability to manage and co-ordinate external and internal customers in a timely fashion to meet the targets set by the Management team.
Senior Engineer
As the Senior Engineer, you will provide engineering support at all stages of the development process, from initial viability advice to design development, gaining technical consent and providing advice to all other departments and selected contractors during construction. Assess and appraise consultant’s designs for suitability and to ensure the designs are the most cost effective, compliant with legislation and practical.
Commission and manage consultants, for civil and structural designs, ensuring all information is available and competent for use in tendering, production and in the procurement of technical consents. Liaising with NHBC to ensure all appropriate standards pre-construction have been met, and throughout the project ensuring all conditional items are concluded satisfactorily.
Commercial Director

The Commercial Director position within the commercial team is a senior role that focuses on setting out, and successfully implementing, the regional business strategy for delivering efficient cost control and procurement needs in line with business unit targets. The role sits on the regional business unit board and will play an active part in setting the regional strategy as well as managing all members of the local commercial team.
Technical Project Manager (Cladding Remediation)
This role sits within our specialist cladding remediation department, established to assess and remediate medium and high rise buildings to address fire safety concerns within legacy developments. As a member of the team you will be directly contributing to improving the safety of buildings and providing assurance to residents through our customer-focused approach to remediation.
The scope of the role is to manage multiple projects through various stages in the project lifecycle, such as design, planning, H&S, contract negotiation and construction, to meet stakeholder and business expectations. Where we do not retain any legal interest in the property, you will be required to work with third-party building owners’ to procure suitable remediation schemes in the most appropriate and effective manner.
You will be accountable that the development activity complies with our internal CDM process, external regulatory bodies, and other statutory obligations, and act as the principal project lead fostering trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
