The primary role of the Recruitment Business Partner will drive key operational recruitment activities through Line Managers and oversee the attraction and recruitment across our 22 divisional and regional business units, for Sales, Customer Services, Land and Sales roles across all levels of the business. You will be working closely with the HR business partners to engage the business, define the requirements and manage the end to end recruitment campaigns, fostering key relationships and driving the diversity and quality of the external talent pipeine.

This role will also ensure the digital optimization of all of our recruitment attraction stretgies and oversee and manage the design of all social media recruitment interventions

This role requires the individual to have some high volume recruitment experience alongside business relationship and engagement skills.

Along side the delivery of the recruitment there will also be opportunities to have involvement in resourcing projects in line with the HR strategy and also works closely with the HR Operations team.

What you will do:

  • Operational recruitment delivery for Director vacancies
  • Creation of Social Media content aligned to our Employee Value proposition
  • Report on and continuously improve the optimization of digital advertising/sourcing
  • Working closely with senior business stakeholders, the HR Ops team and Talent to drive engagement with the talent attraction and recruitment agenda across the organization
  • Actively headhunt talent within the Director population
  • Drive a best in class candidate experience and journey for all recruitment processes
  • Identify and manage the appropriate external sources and relationships to proactively source top talent for the businesss (e.g job boards, social media, LinkedIn and internal referral networks).  Make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Report on key recruitment metrics including diversity of applications, time to hire, cost per hire and candidate experience and provide recommendations to improve the process
  • Work closely with our internal system (SAP SuccessFactors) to partner with key stakeholders to manage the candidate experience
  • Provide up to date analytics relating to the progress of the recruitment
  • Working closely with senior business stakeholders, the HR Ops team and Talent to understand current and future talent gaps across the organization
  • Report on key recruitment metrics including time to hire, cost per hire and candidate experience 

What you will have:

  • Proven track record in delivering high volume recruitment campaigns
  • Experience in improving the attraction of diverse candidates
  • Exceptional stakeholder management
  • Experience in creating social media content
  • Previous experience working in a Centre of Excellence HR structure
  • Experience in managing resourcing projects
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
