We are seeking HR System and Process Training Leads who are experienced in delivering impactful and contextual training that engages people at all levels to do things differently.

This FTSE 100 industry-leading construction company is undergoing a significant company-wide HR transformation to bring simplification, standardisation and automation across its’ people processes and operations, with the implementation of SuccessFactors across a multi-phase delivery programme.

As the HR System and Process Training Lead/s, you will report into the Programme Change Manager and be a critical part of the core HR Transformation Programme team. The Training Leads will take ownership of all training deliverables as part of the Change Management Workstream, supporting the training delivery plan and logistics, supporting training materials creation and training delivery to all impacted employees and groups across the UK organisation.

The programme is at an advanced stage in its deployment plan for Phase 1 and requires 2 Training Leads to hit the ground running and at speed to pick up the new people process and system steps, delivering training for all levels of employees and HR as an operational team and deliver training both in-person and virtually to employees and managers across the UK. There will be a requirement across May and June to travel to UK wide office locations to deliver in-person training to groups of employees.

What you will do:

  • Lead the build-out of the training delivery plan for all user groups and training sessions to include training rooms and logistics and locations.
  • Lead all the coordination of in-person and virtual training with Business Secretaries (as required) to ensure sessions and locations meet the needs of their staff and to include attendee management and training logistics.
  • Deliver all training sessions (at times supported by SMEs, Change Manager and Programme Team members where necessary) both in-person and virtually across UK locations.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they understand how to use SuccessFactors effectively. Create and maintain system documentation for reference.

What you will have:

  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors suite (Or other HR systems training experience), including modules like Employee Central, Payroll, Recruitment & Onboarding 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with HR stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and external consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
