Senior Technical Project Manager - Cladding
The Senior Technical Project Manager is responsible for developing and progressing various cladding remediation projects through all aspects of the design, planning and construction stages. Responsible and accountable for the projects’ programme delivery and reporting in line with internal cladding remediation governance process and external government reporting targets.
The scope of the role is to manage multiple projects through various stages in the project lifecycle, such as design, planning, H&S, contract negotiation and construction, to meet stakeholder and business expectations. Where we do not retain any legal interest in the property, you will be required to work with third-party building owners’ to procure suitable remediation schemes in the most appropriate and effective manner.
You will be accountable that the development activity complies with our internal CDM process, external regulatory bodies, and other statutory obligations. Act as the principal project lead fostering trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

Commercial Director - Cladding
This role entails being a proactive member of the Cladding Management Team and successfully manage staff in the commercial team.
You will set out, and successfully implement, the team business strategy for delivering efficient cost control and procurement needs in line with team targets. Monitor all contractual issues, reviewing costs on a continuing basis, identifying, and realising cost saving opportunities to ensure the businesses Cladding Remediation provision is effectively utilised and able to withstand scrutiny. Overseeing principal contractor, material and subcontract procurement as appropriate.
Production Director - Cladding
The Production Director will be responsible for leading and inspiring the Production Team to achieve high standards of production quality, to budget, ensuring a high standard of health and safety is maintained at all times.
You will need to drive a continuous improvement, customer centric agenda, challenging the status quo and proactively identifying operational enhancements.
The Production Director will build sustainable performance in the Production Team by raising the bar in people capability and ensuring that the quality of talent within the Team is able to deliver its current and future requirements.
Technical Director - Cladding
The Technical Director shall lead the technical function of the Cladding Remediation Team, the function being both the primary contact point for stakeholder engagement, as well as being responsible for the co-ordination of architectural and engineering design for cladding remediation projects across Taylor Wimpey’s legacy portfolio. Their duties shall include the co-ordination and discharge of all necessary conditions attached to both the planning permissions and building regulation/warranty approvals for each project, including applications to the Building Safety Regulator.

Senior Technical Coordinator
The role of the Senior Technical Coordinator is to participate in the management and co-ordination of the external consultant team through all stages of project procurement (Land & Planning, Commercial, Production, Sales and Adoptions) and actively support the Project team in all matters arising.
Ensuring that all disciplines are fully joined up and in synchronisation. Checking layout drawings, suppliers and manufacturers' details. Assisting in obtaining necessary Building Regulation Technical Approvals and advising all internal Teams of updates and progress. Efficiently resolve and co-ordinate any issues arising from the external consultants.
Customer Support Coordinator - Mat Cover (12 month FTC)
The Customer Support Co-ordinator (CSC) is responsible for the day to day management of the administration relating to all customer issues. This role takes ownership of all ongoing customers’ issues. The role allocates resources including Customer Service Operatives and contractors to undertake work in customers’ homes.
CSC’s are responsible for the collation and management of information and data upwards for analysis and the escalation of customer issues, where appropriate.
Trainee Sales Executive
