The Customer Support Administrator is responsible for the day to day management of the administration relating to all customer issues.  The successful candidate will take ownership of all ongoing administration of customers’ issues.
The Customer Support Administrator will be responsible for helping to drive an excellent customer service by supplying support to the Customer Services Department and communicating effectively with customers, partners and suppliers.

What you will do:

  • Enter data to computer to support team administration activities
  • Distribute and chase closure of defects.
  • Process Customer Service invoices
  • Maintain good relations with the suppliers and sub-contractors, local authorities and other departments
  • Proactively liaise with Customer Relations Managers to support them
  • Chasing contractors for closing open defects
  • Take on extra support responsibilities for the team  

  What you will have:

  • Ability to work independently, prioritise work and take initiative
  • Works well under pressure/in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience in dealing with customer and suppliers
