Paralegal - Data Protection
Permanent - Full-time
The role will be joining the new Data Protection and Compliance team to assist with all areas of data protection and compliance, particularly focusing on the SAR work.
Assisting with business queries about data protection and becoming a point of contact for the business, primarily on SARs will be critical for the success of this role.
Assisting with responses to customers and third parties in relation to data protection queries will also be required.
What you will do:
- Review and redact documents as needed
- Manage your own workload and prioritise the demands of the business
- Carry out SAR redaction and review work
- Collate and prepare SAR outputs
- Assist with formal responses to customers and a variety of third parties
- Assist with data protection risk assessments and DPIA’s.
What you will have:
- Previous document review and redaction experience
- Data Protection regulations knowledge and interest
- Exemplary IT and communication skills.
