Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Taylor Wimpey Logistics is our supply chain logistics business and is a vital component of our supply chain. We have a range of sites in various stages of development around the country.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for using site drawings, creating material call off on behalf of the regional Business Units and producing accurate and efficient material schedules for the delivery of Taylor Wimpey Logistics products to Taylor Wimpey Building sites.
Quality Controller
Our Logistics and Supply Chain division is a crucial part of our business. They ensure our regional business are equipped to build homes for our customers. Supplying critical materials for every build they are responsible for a complex, national distribution network and also manage our impressive warehouse facility in Peterborough.
The Quality Controller will be responsible for monitoring and reporting back the accuracy of all warehousing transactions at Taylor Wimpey Logistics. The Quality Controller will recommend and help implement improvements to processes to deliver better transactional accuracy and improved warehousing efficiency.
Shift Manager

The Shift Manager will be responsible for managing a team of over 20 and will need previous management experience and strong people skills. The Shift Manager will effectively plan and manage their team to maximise their productivity, focusing on people’s strength, whilst developing them to ensure that the correct culture is embedded to guarantee a high level of customer service is maintained.
