Payroll and Office Administrator:

The Payroll and Office Administration team provide vital support to different parts of the business. It prides itself on ensuring a customer focused, proactive and flexible service.  The Payroll and Office Administrator role is responsible for delivering an efficient and cost-effective service to the business in relation to payroll administration and office management, ensuring all payroll changes within the business are correctly approved and processed according to procedure.

What you will do:

  • Maintain the in-house payroll system, coordinating any changes ensuring the correct procedure is followed
  • Ensure all payroll related tasks are processed within the deadlines
  • Carry out all processes relating to the payroll system and office administration
  • Advise on and provide first line support to employees and line managers with payroll queries
  • Support the payroll function to ensure all related information is kept up to date
  • Support the core office administration function

What you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • A good communicator, both over the phone and via email
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge and experience of relevant IT systems and experience with MS Office
