The role of the National HSE Administrator is to contribute to the delivery of an effective Health, Safety and Environmental support function to all Taylor Wimpey Business Units.

The role is based in the North West area, Warrington, with flexibility to work from home and office.

What you will do:

  • Administration support to Head of HSE and department.
  • Assist the Head of HSE in ensuring the whole team; including external HSE consultants achieve the necessary standards and consistency of support to all Taylor Wimpey operating companies.
  • Assist the Head of HSE with Monthly Board Reports and other executive reports.
  • Assist in the input and collation of HSE data and the generation of required statistical reports.
  • Assist in distribution of Group Management Teams reports and documentation.
  • Assist in distribution and monitoring of close-out of HSE Newsflashes, Audits and Categorised reports i.e. ‘A’s & ‘B’s.
  • Determine and define work priorities to ensure that reports are produced on time.
  • Diary management and organising meetings, travel, accommodation, etc. as required.
  • Monitor and log HSE purchase invoice expenditure.

What you will have:

  • Excellent Administrative and literacy Skills.
  • Competent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other related software applications.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Professional and able to build effective working relationships.
  • Ability to prioritise, manage time effectively and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
