HR Systems & Process Training Lead
We are seeking HR System and Process Training Leads who are experienced in delivering impactful and contextual training that engages people at all levels to do things differently.
This FTSE 100 industry-leading construction company is undergoing a significant company-wide HR transformation to bring simplification, standardisation and automation across its’ people processes and operations, with the implementation of SuccessFactors across a multi-phase delivery programme.
As the HR System and Process Training Lead/s, you will report into the Programme Change Manager and be a critical part of the core HR Transformation Programme team. The Training Leads will take ownership of all training deliverables as part of the Change Management Workstream, supporting the training delivery plan and logistics, supporting training materials creation and training delivery to all impacted employees and groups across the UK organisation.
The programme is at an advanced stage in its deployment plan for Phase 1 and requires 2 Training Leads to hit the ground running and at speed to pick up the new people process and system steps, delivering training for all levels of employees and HR as an operational team and deliver training both in-person and virtually to employees and managers across the UK. There will be a requirement across May and June to travel to UK wide office locations to deliver in-person training to groups of employees.
Customer Support Manager
The Customer Support Manager is responsible for the day to day management of the administration relating to all customer issues. This role manages the Customer Support Coordinators (CSCs) and takes oversight of all ongoing customers’ issues. The successful candidate will allocate resources including Customer Service Operatives and contractors to undertake work in customers’ homes.
Working closely with the Customer Service Director, the Customer Support Manager will be responsible for the collation and management of information and data upwards for analysis and the escalation of customer issues, where appropriate. The Customer Support Manager will also deputise for the Customer Service Director when required.

Customer Support Coordinator
The Customer Support Co-ordinator (CSC) is responsible for looking after all Business Units' complaints. This role takes ownership of all complaints. The role allocates resources including Customer Service Operatives and contractors to undertake work in customers’ homes.
The Customer Support Co-ordinator is responsible for managing NHBC resolutions alongside the Customer Support Manager.
CSC’s are responsible for the collation and management of information and data upwards for analysis and the escalation of customer issues, where appropriate.
Assistant Engineer
As the Assistant Engineer, you will support the delivery of the Engineering function from procurement of services, surveys and technical reports to support assessments for new site acquisitions. You will assist in the production of highway and water authority compliant planning layouts and engineering designs along with a satisfactory resolution to engineering issues identified as part of the planning application process.
You will also assist in the commissioning of design drawings, reports and all relevant matters pertaining to CDM and health and safety ensuring that all information is available to support concept/tender/pre-start meetings.
It will be your responsibility to instruct, supervise, and monitor engineering consultants on all aspects of engineering work to secure relevant technical approvals and discharge of planning/NHBC conditions.
BU Admin
The role of the BU Administrator is to deliver an efficient, customer focused professional admin service within their regional business unit.
The successful candidate will ensure the effective and accurate processing of Directors’ correspondence, documents and systems in line with their business needs. They will need to oversee the effective practical operation of the Taylor Wimpey regional office.
