An exciting opportunity has arisen to support our strategic land team. In the role you will grow an appreciation of the company’s overall business and an in-depth knowledge of the function’s administration. Working alongside the strategic land finance team, you will learn from those around you providing important administrative support to the function. The successful candidate will be able to study towards a relevant qualication whilst in the role to support their ongoing development.

Working alongside the strategic land finance team, you will learn from those around you providing important administrative support to the function.

What you will do:

  • Prepare and create orders for the team
  • Log orders & invoices on relevant fee trackers
  • Prepare invoices for payment in a timely manner
  • Keep database up to date
  • Assisting with the Company Framework
  • Tendering exercises for the team
  • Assist the Team Manager/Executive Secretary with admin as required
  • Assist the Team Manager/Executive Secretary with booking of functions/community consultations
  • Support IT Coordinator as required

 

What you will have:

  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi task
  • Competent in basic corporate software like Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Have to ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • A can do attitude and be prepared to go the extra mile
