Our site management teams are the essence of our business and are integral in making sure construction is completed within agreed timelines, cost parameters, safely and most importantly to our customers' satisfaction. This key role within our business is accountable for all aspects of the operational house build process.
The successful candidate will have to demonstrate strong project management skills with the ability to manage, support and guide their site teams, creating a strong team spirit and growing their people to be the very best they can be.
Assistant Site Manager
Our site management teams are the essence of our business and are integral in making sure construction is completed within agreed timelines, cost parameters, safely and most importantly to our customers' satisfaction. You will need to efficiently manage the field operations including controlling sub-contractors day-to-day operations and ensuring that material supplies are available in conjunction with the Site Manager.
The Assistant Site Manager will assist the Site Manager in the planning and programming of site activities ensuring the work is completed in a safe manner, and deputise for the Site Manager where necessary and managing quality standards to meet customer expectations.
Customer Relations Manager
To act as the customers’ key point of contact in the Taylor Wimpey Customer Journey from the point they are introduced to their home onwards, managing the customer relationship face to face.
The Customer Relations Manager plays a key role in confirming our homes are at the required standard at the point of handover; and thereafter in managing resources directly, to address and resolve any customer issues in the most efficient, positive and reliable manner.
Senior Land Manager
At Taylor Wimpey we focus on buying land where there is a need for homes, where people want to live and where we believe we have a realistic chance of securing planning permission.
As a Senior Land Manager, you will play a key role in this journey holding responsibility for undertaking land purchase exercises, monitoring land market activities and advising on planning policies.
You will need to identify suitable opportunities to meet business strategy and land strategy, both short term and strategic, manage current assets through to delivery ensuring good practice and process and establish the technical constraints and solutions to enable a new opportunity to be successfully developed, negotiate contracts ready for agreement and completion by Land Director.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Our regional commercial teams are integral to the successful delivery of every Taylor Wimpey project.
This role is an opportunity to become part of a dynamic team assisting with procurement, commercial and contractual aspects of the BU. The role entails interfacing with all staff involved in the project including, but not limited to, BUMT, site teams, subcontractors, external suppliers and JV / Development partners.
Customer Support Coordinator
The Customer Support Co-ordinator (CSC) is responsible for the day to day management of the administration relating to all customer issues. This role takes ownership of all ongoing customers’ issues. The role allocates resources including Customer Service Operatives and contractors to undertake work in customers’ homes.
CSC’s are responsible for the collation and management of information and data upwards for analysis and the escalation of customer issues, where appropriate.
Recruitment Business Partner
The primary role of the Recruitment Business Partner will drive key operational recruitment activities through Line Managers and oversee the attraction and recruitment across our 22 divisional and regional business units, for Sales, Customer Services, Land and Sales roles across all levels of the business. You will be working closely with the HR business partners to engage the business, define the requirements and manage the end to end recruitment campaigns, fostering key relationships and driving the diversity and quality of the external talent pipeine.
This role will also ensure the digital optimization of all of our recruitment attraction stretgies and oversee and manage the design of all social media recruitment interventions
This role requires the individual to have some high volume recruitment experience alongside business relationship and engagement skills.
Along side the delivery of the recruitment there will also be opportunities to have involvement in resourcing projects in line with the HR strategy and also works closely with the HR Operations team.
