Our trades people are critical to our site operations. For our Labourers no two days are the same. You will work alongside the other trades supporting them on a varierty of tasks to ensure our homes are being completed on time and to a standard that will exceed our customers' expectations. Reporting to the Site Manager and based on site you will keep the operation running smoothly and safely.
What you will do:
- Opening and securing storage containers and plots.
- Preparing job site and general site housekeeping.
- Site welfare cleaning.
- Unloading and storing deliveries.
- Aid the site team and specialised trades.
- Keep walk ways clear/traffic management
What you will have:
- CSCS Card holder
- Self-motivated and have good communication skills
- High standard of workmanship
- Full, clean driving license – will need to travel to various construction sites
- Safety Awareness
- Ability to work as part of a team
