This is an exciting opportunity to join the central Talent and Resourcing team here at Taylor Wimpey. The role is responsible for servicing the wider business with their development administration needs, from early entry through to director as well as managing all resourcing enquiries. The Learning and Development and Resourcing Coordinator supports both teams’ and is responsible for providing centralised administration support in a number of areas including; Resourcing, Talent, Training and the Grant and Levy Claim. The role holder will be the go-to person for queries in these areas.

What you will do:

  • Responsibility for L&D administration including; managing course scheduling and invitations for all training and technical academies
  • Responsibility for coordination of all Senior Leadership development and scheduling of internal career conversations and 360 feedbacks
  • Responsibility for the prompt payment of all invoices for Training and Early Entry Talent
  • Responsibility for the scheduling of all early entry development programmes
  • Ensuring that our Levy and Grant reclaim account is fully optimised by tracking apprentice recruitment and reclaim amounts, providing quarterly analysis to show the status of funding
  • Management of the internal job specification and advert library ensuring documents are kept up to date and are compliant with our internal policies
  • Handle queries from the business on changes to job requisitions and working with our supplier to have issues resolved in a promptly manner
  • Own the resourcing social media calendar, scheduling posts, managing responses and reporting on key metrics

What you will have:

  • A proven track record of managing multiple and a high volume of administrative tasks
  • Ability to prioritise where necessary
  • Proven track record of taking initiative and improve processes where required
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
  • Confident in using a variety of computer programmes including strong excel skills
