We are looking for quality skilled trades people that really take pride in the work they do, manage jobs effectively and build strong relationships with employees on site and customers.

Career prospects in this exciting part of the business are excellent and many of our trade workers have gone on to become Site Managers and in some cases Directors.

The scaffold manger will be responsible for the all aspects & smooth running of the scaffold department. This will include making sure that sites have the correct operatives & materials to matain the site build programme. Mentor & work with scaffolders to mitigate H&S issues. They will also be responsible for all vehicals/logistics required to move materials from yard/sites to where they are rquired. They will need to assit the Direct Trade manager with HR issues (if required). Work along side Site Managers & Production Managers where applicable.

  • Assit Direct Trade Manager in the running of the scaffold department
  • Ensure the correct scaffold materials are on site when required
  • Organise scaffolders day to day works
  • Organize all logistics reqired
  • Work with Site & Production Managers in the smooth running of sites & programmes
  • Engage with scaffolders regarding H&S matters
  • Assist DTM with HR issues if & when required
  • Ensure all scaffolds are built and regulary inspected to TW standards
  • Ensure scaffolders are working to SG4:15 & TW H&S proceedures
  • Assisit with wages (when required)
