To do this we’ve built a passionate and supportive Sales Team who have great customer service at their core, and we’re looking for a sales support superstar to join them. The successful candidate will deliver an exceptional customer experience to everyone involved in the purchase of a new Taylor Wimpey home. Working collaboratively with the Sales Team and other stakeholders, you will also be driven to meet or exceed targets.

  • Take ownership of managing, responding to and qualifying new enquiries to maximise appointment bookings for all developments across the Business Unit.
  • Become the reference point for the purchaser, and all other internal and external interested parties from first contact through to the completion of the house sale.
  • Promote and provide for the use of company recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers to achieve purchasing deadlines.
  • Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met according to company policies and agreed time frames.
  • Proactively search for target customers and create appointments. Follow up leads within agreed SLAs to ensure that sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is measured to the level required by Taylor Wimpey.
  • Proactively manage sales progression from reservation to exchange of contracts within target timescales
  • Complete inspections and introduce customers to their new home at defined intervals through the Customer Journey as required
  • Ensure the health & safety of customers, colleagues and other parties whilst on site in accordance with legal requirements and company policy.
  • Follow and adhere to company procedures, standards of performance, and the business unit Sales Manual.

Working hours

The role requires regular weekend and bank holiday working.
