The Customer Services Administrator will be responsible for helping to drive an excellent customer service by suppling administrative support to the Customer Services Department and communicating effectively with internal customers.
The Customer Services Administrator is responsible for the day to day management of the administration relating to all customer issues, ensuring all documentation is kept up to date.
What you will do:
- Answering and handling all internal customer calls appropriately
- Handle all enquiries regarding pricing, missing products, damaged goods, delivery times, etc keeping the customer informed at all times regarding the status of their enquiry
- Logging all enquiries onto the Taylor Wimpey Logistics system
- Data entry and processing of all orders onto the Taylor Wimpey Logistics system
- Escalation of formal complaints
What you will have:
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Work well under pressure in a fast moving environment
- Competent using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
