Our Group Marketing team have a key role to play in creating critical customer communication tools for our business. They are responsible for driving the brand at a group level as well as pushing our social and digital presence. They play an important role in how we transact and reach our customers across the organisation. Based primarily out of High Wycombe this role will report to our Head of Marketing and will develop industry leading content and campaign activity using a breadth of digital and social advertising channels.

This exciting opportunity will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand providing guidelines for a wide range of online and offline marketing channels, strengthening the Taylor Wimpey brand in local communities and nationally.

What you will do:

  • Create various frameworks and templates to support the business with lead generation and conversion

  • Produce and deliver campaign related training, presentations, and best practice marketing guidelines
  • Manage the national media spend, define Business Unit best practice media plans for campaigns and manage the national media agency relationship.
  • Plan the content strategy for the Taylor Wimpey social media channels, including day to day management of Taylor Wimpey’s social media accounts.
  • Brand guardian, acting as the protector and regulator of the Taylor Wimpey brand, providing governance to ensure the correct application of the brand both internally and externally.

What you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar marketing role
  • Strong project management/organisational skills
  • Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail
  • Confident presenter with good understanding of presentation software like Powerpoint
  • Proven experience in campaign management across multiple platforms including email, social, online advertising and PR. 
  • Ability to manage campaign budgets and cost control
  • Understanding of customer segmentation. Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM software would be beneficial
