National Options Coordinator
Taylor Wimpey is continually striving to develop our customer experience throughout their journey to become a home owner. Part of this is ensuring we are exceeding expectations around visibility of their home during the build process and access to our product choices. We want to provide our customers with easy access to these options. The online options portal provides functionality for our customers to view and select configurable options for their new home.
Working as part of the centralised Sales and Marketing team and reporting into the Sales Process Lead, this role will manage the national options catalogue as well as the options online system. You will also manage key internal and external supplier relationships that feed into the portal.
What you will do:
- Assist with the national options offering
- Be the point of reference for all internal and external parties nationally
- Input to, manage and maintain the national options offerings within the Options Online system
- Work with procurement to manage change to national suppliers / specifications
- Work with our IT team and Burrows to maintain the Options Online system
- Perform and manage any central data upload and maintenance.
What you will have:
- Strong stakeholder management and experience of managing external suppliers
- Previous experience in rolling out projects in a sales environment
- Good organisation and planning
- Solid understanding of reporting in a commercial environment
- Full appreciation of the importance of excellence in customer experience.

To be successful in this role you must be able to prove eligibility to work in the UK and hold a full UK drivers licence.
