Job Summary

To ensure that Taylor Wimpey Logistics creates accurate material schedules for our customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create accurate material schedules from house / apartment working drawings,
• Create Schedules in Sage X3 into a build pack format.
• Following guidelines and processes.
• Liaising with regional offices/ buyers/quantity surveyors.
• Liaising with site managers and site staff.
• Site visits when required.
• Regional office visits when required.
• Liaising with external suppliers.

Must be flexible and adaptable to take on other roles as and when required such as:

• Communicating with the customer services team.
• Communicating with the supply chain team.
• Communicating with all stake holders

Experience, Qualifications, Technical Requirements

• Some knowledge of the housing industry or a builders merchant background preferred.
• IT Literate, with minimum requirement of basic word and intermediate Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Must be able to work own initiative.
• Able to work under pressure and to time scales.
