Job Summary

The Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) department at Taylor Wimpey plays a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of employees, contractors, and visitors, as well as protecting the environment. The department is responsible for setting and maintaining HSE standards, procedures, and best practices across the company.
The Graduate Scheme
As an HSE Graduate, you will:
- Gain hands-on experience at site level by attending site inspections, development visits, and investigations.
- Engage with supply chains, key partners such as RSK, and the wider Taylor Wimpey business.
- Be involved in creating and maintaining HSE Manuals, guidance documents, and HSE data reporting.
- Develop fundamental skills to transition into any health, safety, or environmental roles in the future.
- Be part of a two-year graduate programme with rotation placements included, starting in Autumn 2025.
Experience, Qualifications, Technical Requirements
What you’ll bring: We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A 2:1 degree or above (Preferred).
- A full driving license and access to a car or the ability to get to site locations (Required).
- Resilience and accountability

- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
