We run several different Graduate Programmes depending on skill set and where your area of study fits within our business.
Our general programme is a 2 year rotational scheme divided into 4 separate 6 month placements, where you will spend time in all areas of the Taylor Wimpey business including; production, commercial, technical, sales and marketing, customer service, land and finance. We encourage Graduates with a degree in any discipline to apply for this scheme. So, it doesn't matter if you have no knowledge of the industry, you'll learn everything you need to know throughout the programme. You will be placed into one of our 7 regions (usually covering 3 or 4 regional offices) and be part of their succession plans to develop your skills and expertise over time towards regional director should you have the ambition and drive to get there.
We also have a Finance Graduate programme which is a 3 year scheme allowing you to complete your chosen financial qualification. This programme aims to develop your skills and experience over time in a career path towards a regional finance director should you have the ambition and drive to get there. During this programme you will spend time in 2 business units within one of our 3 regional divisions (usually covering 7-10 regional offices) and some time in Head Office in High Wycombe to learn our Group Finance processes.
We also run a Strategic Land Graduate programme for those with a RICS or RTPI degree qualification and an IT scheme for those wanting a career in our IT team. It is likely these schemes will run again in 2021.

As well as functional breadth we also recognise the importance of diverse geographical exposure as our business units have some subtle but important differences in the way they operate.
